Danny Kail is CAO of Shelby County Criminal Court Clerk's office which provide services to ten divisions of the Criminal Court.
Practicing law since 1984, Mr. Kail was previously legal counsel for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers,
and for 22 years served as Chief Negotiator for the Shelby County Government. and Deputy Administrator of Human Resources.
Mr. Kail has taught as an adjunct professor for Webster University for over ten years.
