who is retiring from Youth Leadership Bartlett after serving as chairman for 18 years.

O.W. Smith 
O.W. was the motivating force in the creation of Youth Leadership Bartlett and it has been his life work. From the first class to the current one, O.W. has instructed and mentored the students.  Many of them have kept in touch with him over the years. 
 
In appreciation for O.W’s dedication and commitment to Youth Leadership, a gift card will be presented to him at the Reception.  Contributions to this gift card can be given in cash or check at the Bartlett Chamber office, or mailing a check to:
